The International Knightly Order of Saint George has been operating in Poland since 2006. Following the age-old tradition, Dames and Chevaliers offer assistance to children from underprivileged social groups and from orphanages, and to disadvantaged elderly people. They are also concerned about promoting patriotic attitudes among school children and fostering traditions of knightly orders in Poland. Beneficiaries of the Order receive financial, legal, medical and material aid, as well as support in organisation of cultural and other events that serve statutory purposes of the Order.

The International Knightly Order of Saint George has been operating in Poland since 2006. 2010.04.24 - Investiture ceremonies of the Knightly Order of Saint George in Europe
The annual investiture of the Polish Grand Priory of the Knightly Order of Saint George will take place on April 24, 2010 in the Cathedral Basilica of St. Stanislaus Kostka in ŁódĽ. The mass will be celebrated by His Excellency Władysław Ziółek, Metropolitan Archbishop of ŁódĽ. The investiture of the Knightly Order of Saint George, Grand Priory Kingdom of the Netherlands, will take place on May 1, 2010 in Beverwijk. The investiture of the Knightly Order of Saint George, Grand Priory of the United Kingdom, will be held on May 29, 2010, in Cambridge.
